Elle Williams is a public relations and communications executive with a proven track record of strategic leadership in the cultural, creative, healthcare and financial services sectors.

She is the host and producer of Radiance & Rhythm, a radio show that broadcasts live to over 250,000 global listeners from Mondays-Wednesdays at 6pm SAST on Afrikaap online radio.

In addition, Elle has expanded her expertise into the intersection of neuroscience and personal development. She is currently developing and leading courses, workshops, and digital content centered around the neuroscience of personal excellence, leadership, pleasure, stress optimization, and decision-making. Her upcoming flagship course, Retrain Your Brain for Pleasure, is designed to help individuals integrate healthy, joyful practices into their daily lives for improved health, productivity and well-being. Through her digital platform, eleanor.africa, Elle empowers individuals—particularly women—to live more vibrant, balanced, and joyful lives by tapping into the latest research in neuroscience and wellness.

Recent Projects and Achievements

In 2023, Elle co-curated the Cultural Affairs Awards with the Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport, celebrating diverse cultural contributions across the region. She also provided public relations and fundraising consulting for the animated short film Naledi by award winning director Lola Aikins, which achieved its crowdfunding goal in under two days and proceeded to exceed its initial target by over 50%.

Her client portfolio spans small and medium enterprises across Africa and the diaspora, including the Township Opera Company, Sologix, the Heart of a Giant Foundation, and BlackLight Africa. Known for her keen insights and dynamic communication skills, Elle has been featured as a keynote speaker by the Andreas and Susan Struengmann Foundation’s Students for a Better Future program and the South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA)’s Women in Leadership initiative. She has also hosted numerous events for LifeCheq, a leading personal finance advisory firm.

Media Presence and Partnerships

Elle’s media presence includes appearances on Office Hours with Grammy-nominated recording artist Jidenna, The Thread by Tastemakers Africa, and on BET Africa as part of the Glenfiddich Challengers’ Club. Her ability to captivate audiences and build lasting relationships with brands has led to partnerships with Primedia Broadcasting, Mercedes-Benz SA, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, the Baxter Theatre Centre, and many others.

Academic Contributions and Editorial Work

In her former role as Head of Development Communications at the University of Cape Town, Elle produced and presented over 200 events featuring prominent alumni, donors, and the University’s leadership. Her published work, focusing on decolonization and development, includes being editor of UCT’s Alumni News Magazine during the Rhodes Must Fall and Fees Must Fall protests. At the University of the West Indies Centre for Caribbean Thought, she contributed to the Caribbean Reasonings series. Her writing for the Stanford Daily was assigned as prescribed reading in undergraduate courses in African History.
